DOSHISHA has been selling a "Fully Automatic Cooking Mixer," which can automatically cook soups and other dishes simply by putting in the ingredients and setting the machine to cook, since mid-July. It is available at electronics retailers and home centers nationwide, as well as at DOSHISHA's official online store "DOSHISHA MARCHE.

Fully Automatic Cooking Mixer

This model is equipped with six menus: "Soup (drinking)," "Soup (eating)," "Soy Milk," "Baby Food," "Mixer," and "Warm/Keep Warm," four of which are automatic cooking menus. In addition to the basic "Potage" and "Smoothie," it can also make paste-like baby food, soups that retain the texture of the ingredients, and soy milk from soybeans and water.


The tank capacity is 500 ml, so it can handle a wide range of recipes from smoothies every morning to family soups for dinner. Reservation settings are also available, so you can enjoy your favorite soup whenever you want.


The cooking vessel at the top of the unit can be removed and disassembled into small pieces, all of which can be washed with water. The cutter base and gaskets, which are prone to food residue, can also be removed, allowing for continued hygienic use.


A recipe book supervised by chef, nutritionist, and cook, Ms. Rie Numazu, is included. The recipe book includes not only cooking instructions for each recipe, but also easy-to-follow information on calories and nutritional value.
