Toshiba Lifestyle will release a smart robot cleaner "TORNEO ROBO" (VC-RVS2) that automatically stores the collected garbage on the charging stand in early February. The price is open.


This product is a robot cleaner that uses the newly developed charging stand "Dust Station". The dust station is equipped with a 12-cylinder mechanism used in cyclone cleaners, which automatically sucks in the dust collected by the cleaners.


The collected garbage is compressed to 1/5 and can store about one month's worth. In addition, a "dust pocket" is installed on the side surface to suck in the dust collected by the floor wiper and handy mop.


The cleaner body is equipped with a newly designed suction fan motor. The maximum number of revolutions is about 14,000 revolutions per minute, and the suction air volume is said to have improved about 1.5 times compared to the company's conventional model. In addition, it is equipped with a "W sidearm brush" that scrapes dust off the walls and corners, and an "ultrasonic sensor" that detects obstacles in the direction of travel. Timer reservation for each day of the week is also possible.



The size of the cleaner body is W350 x D350 x height 87 mm, and the weight is 3.4 kg. There are two color variations, "Grand White" and "Grand Red". The cleaner alone is also sold.
