Picard's mini croissant & mini bread au chocolat

I want to enjoy brunch on holidays ♪ I found a product of the frozen food brand "Picard" from France at Aeon. I bought it because it seemed to be easy to enjoy.

I bought two products, "Mini Croissant" and "Mini Pan Ochocolat". Both are packed with frozen dough and can be baked in your home oven. Both the mini croissant and the mini bread au chocolat have a cute size that you can ride in one hand. The contents are 250g (8.82oz) each and 10 pieces are included.

All you have to do is bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes for a "mini croissant" and about 15 minutes for a "mini bread au chocolat". When the dough that has been molded tightly swells and becomes brown, it is ready. Perhaps the power of the microwave oven at my house is weak, it was just right to raise the temperature by 10 degrees and extend the baking time by 5 minutes each. When baking for the first time, it is safe to adjust while checking the swelling condition of the dough. Let's eat each after cooling for about 10 minutes!

The mini croissant has a finish that makes you want to say, "This is the ideal croissant!" With plenty of air layer under the beautiful fox-colored surface, you can enjoy crispy, fluffy chewy and moisturizing mouthfeel. While you can feel the taste of wheat flour, the taste of butter is rather modest. It may be a little unsatisfactory for those who are familiar with rich croissants, but it is easy to eat because it is not dull.

Mini bread au chocolat has a good balance between a crisp and fragrant surface and a moist inside. Chocolate adds an accent to the slightly chewy and soft texture of the dough, so you can get a high degree of satisfaction even in the mini size. This is also not oily, so it is recommended not only for snacks but also for breakfast. Even non-sweet people can eat this size.
