The round shape with a colon promotes convection and evenly transfers heat to the core of the rice, and by slowly steaming it, you can cook plump and delicious rice. Inside, there is a line that serves as a guide for the amount of water in 2 go and 3 go. For 3 go, cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for 20 minutes. It is thick and has high heat retention, and can be used for stewed dishes such as stew and pot-au-feu.
