Octopus whose price is soaring year by year. I want to eat as much as possible easily! Frozen octopus in business supermarkets is familiar to those who say.

However, since this is a commercial size with 1 kg, I was hesitant due to space problems in the freezer. However, the other day, I found a 300g (10.58oz) "household octopus" and bought it immediately. It was a highly recommended product, so I will introduce it along with the arrangement recipe.

This product is a lightly boiled and frozen rock octopus from Vietnam. It is pre-cut to a bite size that is perfect for takoyaki, and is for cooking. The price is 498 yen (excluding tax) with 300g (10.58oz), which is more advantageous than raw octopus.

This time, I will use this to introduce a recipe for octopus rice that can be easily made with a rice cooker.
Ingredients (for 4 people)

・ Frozen octopus 150g (5.29oz)
・ 2 go of rice ・ 1 ginger ・ Green onion, trefoil, etc. (for finishing)
2 tablespoons of seasoning and soy sauce
・ 2 tablespoons of sake
・ 1 tablespoon mirin
・ Granule Japanese style soup stock 1 teaspoon
How to make
1. 1. Put the rice in a colander and drain it.
2. Put rice and seasonings in a rice cooker, pour water up to the 2nd scale, and mix gently.

3. 3. Add frozen octopus and shredded ginger and cook as usual.

Four. Once cooked, mix the whole and add onions and trefoil to finish.

The refreshing aroma of octopus and ginger spreads from freshly cooked rice cookers and other rice cookers, and the deliciousness of rice that is soaked in umami is unstoppable! The texture and small size make it easy to chew, and I think it's easy for children to eat.

Of course, this recipe can be cooked with frozen octopus or steamed octopus other than commercial supermarkets. Rice alone is quite satisfying, so please try it as a help menu when you are busy.
