Easy with hot cake mix! Wiener roll recipe

・ Hot cake mix (50g (1.76oz))
・ Milk (20cc)
・ Salad oil (1/2 teaspoon)
・ Sausage (2 bottles)

How to make

1. 1. Put the panque mix and milk in a bowl and mix.



2. When the powder is gone, add salad oil and mix to combine.


3. 3. Transfer the dough to a cutting board and divide it into two equal parts.


Four. Stretch the dough to about 3 to 3.5 times the length of the sausage.


Five. Wrap the dough around the edges so that it covers the entire sausage.


6. Place in a grilled fish (double-sided grill) and bake on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn it too much.


7. 7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on low heat for another 5 minutes and you're done.


The baked Wiener roll has a cute rolled-up visual! The outside is crispy, the inside is fluffy, and the part in contact with the sausage has a moist texture.
