A curtain that is constantly exposed to dust and smoke during cooking, but rarely has a chance to be washed. Since it is not visibly dirty, many people just put it off.
This year, when I spend a lot of time at home, I especially want to keep it clean. In fact, many items can be washed in the washing machine, so here are some tips on how to wash them at home.
Preparation before washing
First, check the washing label on the tag to see if it can be washed at home. There may be a mixture of old and new displays, but most of the instructions such as "use the laundry net" are written.
Remove the hook and knock off the dust outside, and if there is any dirt that you care about, apply the detergent directly and let it soak. The detergent is a liquid detergent that easily penetrates deep into the cloth. If you want to protect delicate materials and color patterns, you can use a fashionable detergent.

Washing points
Fold it in a bellows shape so that the side you care about dirt is on the front, and put it in the laundry net if there is a sign.

Select the course according to the washing display and leave the rest to the washing machine. If it is very dirty, adjust it with oxygen bleach or double wash. Adding a fabric softener to the finish will prevent pollen and dust from sticking to it, so you can put on your favorite scent.

Immediately after dehydration, take it out and adjust the seams and wrinkles by hand, and if it is a thin curtain, attach it to the curtain rail and dry it. Spread thick items on the clothesline and dry them.

Clean curtains brighten the room
I wash my clothes about once every six months, but I still feel that the water during washing is black and turbid and is more dirty than it looks. If you attach a washed curtain, the room will become brighter and the air will feel refreshed. If the weather is nice, you can open the window and it will dry quickly, so why not try cleaning it while ventilating during this time when it is still warm during the day?
