Drawing panque
material
・ Hot cake mix (150g (5.29oz))・ Egg (1 piece)
・ Milk (100cc)
How to make
1. 1. Mix the panque mix with eggs and milk (70cc) to make a firm dough.2. Put a small amount of "1" dough in a thick plastic bag and cut off the tip a little. Add milk (30cc) to the dough left in the bowl to make it a normal soft dough.
3. 3. Use the hard dough in a plastic bag to write letters and illustrations on a cold frying pan. Use a frying pan that has been treated with fluororesin.
Four. Heat a frying pan with letters and illustrations on a medium heat until the surface of the letters dries.
Five. Reduce the heat to low and pour the remaining panque dough over the letters and illustrations. Cover and bake for 2-3 minutes.
6. Turn it over, cover it for another 2 minutes, and bake it over low heat.
By baking in two stages, the difference in baking color appears, and the characters and illustrations stand out clearly. Even if the finish is distorted, it will be quite exciting if you show it to someone who does not know how to draw panques. If you have one, we recommend mixing a small amount of cocoa powder with the dough for the letters for a crisper look.
A simple drawing panque that can be made with just the usual hot cake ingredients. Why don't you enjoy writing numbers for New Year, birthdays and anniversaries, and drawing simple illustrations? Please note that the characters and pictures will be finished upside down, so be careful of "writing mistakes". It will be smooth if you write the letters on the paper upside down and then actually write on the frying pan using the dough.
