How to make
1. 1. Apply a thin layer of butter to the inside of the omelet (12 cm x 18 cm).2. Place the ears of the bread on the omelet.
3. 3. Sprinkle the mixed egg, sugar and milk over the ears of the bread and let it soak for about 15 minutes.
Four. Cover the omelet and bake on low heat for 6 minutes. If there is no lid, cover it with aluminum foil.
Five. Turn it over and bake on low heat for another 3 minutes. When turning it over, turn it over on a large plate, slide it off the plate, and return it to the omelet.
6. Take it out of the omelet and sprinkle it with powdered sugar or honey if you like.
The ears of the bread soaked with egg liquid stick together firmly, forming a beautiful layer like Baumkuchen. The texture is firmer than that of ordinary French toast, and the aroma unique to the ears of bread is added, reminiscent of a firm pudding. It's a little surprising, but it's strangely behind! It is delicious as it is, but it is recommended to sprinkle with honey or powdered sugar because it will increase your satisfaction and make it look elegant.
