・ Cream cheese (200g (7.05oz))
・ Granulated sugar (40g (1.41oz))
・ White chocolate (80g (2.82oz))
・ Eggs (2)

Preparation

・ Put a cooking sheet on a heat-resistant glass container.
・ Bring the cream cheese to room temperature or heat it in the microwave (500-600W) for 20-30 seconds to soften it.
・ Melt and loosen the egg.
・ Chop white chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

1. 1. Knead the cream cheese with a whisk.

Five. Pour the dough into a heat-resistant glass container and tap the bottom of the mold to remove air.

6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

7. 7. After removing it from the oven, cool it until the heat is removed, then transfer it to the refrigerator and let it cool for several hours.

Daiso's "heat-resistant glass container" (capacity 530 ml), which can be purchased for 220 yen (tax included) per piece and is perfect for baking edible-sized cakes. If you don't have a similar container, you can bake it in a round shape with a diameter of about 15 cm.
