From King Jim's electronic memo pad "Boogie Board", a new model "BB-14" of A6 size has appeared. It will be on sale from January 20th. The price (excluding tax) is 3,200 yen.

The "Boogie Board" is an electronic memo pad that allows you to write directly with the included stylus (pen for drawing) or nails, and erase it with the touch of a button. It features a smooth writing feel like writing letters on paper.


The "Boogie Board" BB-14 to be released this time is a compact model that can be carried with a general A6 size notebook. The screen size is about 6 inches, the mass is about 75 g, and it is small and lightweight, and it can be rewritten about 30,000 times with one lithium coin battery (replaceable). Since the magnet is built into the back of the main unit, it can be used by attaching it to a metal wall, desk, or refrigerator. Similarly, the design of the ruler is laser-engraved on the back side, and it can be used for measuring the size of objects of 14 cm or less and for drawing straight lines.




External dimensions are approximately W105 x H148 x D5.5 mm (excluding stylus). The mass is about 75g (2.65oz). There are five main body colors: Kiiro, Midori, Navy, Kuro, and Shiro. The dedicated application "Boogie Board SCAN" that can scan the contents written on the "Boogie Board" and save it as image data is also distributed free of charge.
