2. Fill a frying pan with water to a depth of about 2 cm and add salt (1/2 tsp to 1 tsp).
3. 3. Heat a frying pan, and when it boils, add spinach and cover it. If it sticks out of the frying pan, fold it.
4. After 30 seconds, open the lid and turn the spinach upside down.
Five. Boil for another 30 seconds with the lid removed.
