DeAgostini Japan will sell the biweekly sewing magazine "Fun Moomin Quilt" from March 9th. Available at bookstores nationwide (excluding some areas) and the company's website.


A sewing series that uses the kits that arrive every issue to create interior covers with Moomin characters and miscellaneous goods that can be used in daily life. All have the original design for the series, and the cloth included in the kit also includes the original print.



Necessary materials are included as a kit for each issue, and the magazine carefully explains how to make it with large pictures. The video also supports basic parts such as how to discipline. Each piece is pre-printed with a design and has a tufting finish, which makes it easier and faster than normal quilting.


The magazine has 80 issues, the first issue has a special price of 499 yen, and the second and subsequent issues have a regular price of 1,599 yen (both including tax).
