Refreshing & fluffy ♪ Easy recipe for grilled donuts

Donut type (silicone cake type) sold at the 100-yen shop "Daiso". Here is a recipe for baked donuts using this mold at a reasonable price (220 yen). It's easy because it uses a hot cake mix.

Grilled donut recipe

material

・ 1 egg (S size) ・ Milk 80cc
・ Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)
・ Butter 15g (0.53oz)

Preparation

・ Apply a thin layer of softened butter (outside the amount) to the inside of the donut shape.
-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

How to make

1. 1. Put eggs and milk in a bowl and mix.


2. Add the panque mix and mix.


3. 3. When the panque mix is roughly mixed, add the melted butter and mix.


Four. Use a spoon or piping bag to evenly spread the dough into a donut shape.


5. Place in an oven warmed to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.


6. Take it out of the mold and remove the heat, and it's done.




The baked donuts that come off the silicone mold have a refreshing texture on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. You will be relieved by the gentle sweetness of the hot cake mix.
