White chocolate brownie
material
・ Chocolate bar (white) 40g (1.41oz)・ Unsalted butter 40g (1.41oz)
・ 1 egg ・ Granulated sugar 30g (1.06oz)
・ Weak flour 50g (1.76oz)
・ Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
・ 30-40g (1.41oz) of your favorite nuts * No salt or vegetable oil, roasted
Preparation
・ Put a cooking sheet on the bottom of the omelet (12 x 18 cm).・ Roast nuts as needed.
How to make
1. 1. Roughly chop the nuts. This time I used cashew nuts (30g (1.06oz)) and pistachios (10g (0.35oz)). It is convenient to use nuts that do not use salt or vegetable oil and have been roasted.2. Put crushed white chocolate and unsalted butter in a heat-resistant container and heat in a microwave oven (500-600W) for 30-40 seconds to melt and mix.
3. 3. Put eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix.
Four. Put "3" (egg + granulated sugar) in a bowl of "2" (chocolate + butter) and mix.
Five. Combine the cake flour and baking powder and place in a "4" bowl while sieving. Mix with a rubber spatula.
6. Pour into an omelet with a parchment paper and sprinkle the chopped mixed nuts evenly.
7. 7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on very low heat for about 18 minutes. Cover the aluminum foil slightly loosely, as the swelling fabric will stick to it easily.
8. Turn off the heat and steam for 15 to 20 minutes with the aluminum foil on it. The taste will become familiar and more delicious after half a day to a day or more than when it is freshly baked.
The fluffy baked cake has a savory texture on the outside and a moist and soft texture on the inside. The mellow sweetness of white chocolate is accented by the crunchy texture of the nuts, which makes you feel like you're going to keep eating. If you dress it up with powdered sugar or chocolate pen, it will be a perfect gift.
A white chocolate brownie with a rich taste that contains plenty of chocolate and butter, but is also softened by the gentle sweetness. Why don't you feel free to try it with an omelet that does not require a cake mold and oven preheating. When baking, please keep the weakest fire.
