"Swedish Bite", the first IKEA in Japan to offer a deli menu by weight, was born at IKEA Shinjuku. Feel free to enjoy the Scandinavian taste in deli style (takeout only). In addition to the familiar plant balls and meatballs, we also have shrimp potato salad with dill mayo. You can also buy plant-based lasagna and bakery products. Introduced food waste monitoring tools as part of efforts to reduce food waste. The "Swedish Bites" area will open on May 17th.
