A new standard color from Zebra's ballpoint pen "Blen". It will be on sale at stationery stores nationwide from August 5th. The price (tax included, same below) is 165 yen.

"Blen" is a new ballpoint pen that realizes "stress-free writing comfort". The proprietary mechanism "Blen System" controls the vibration (blur) that occurs when the paper and pen tip come into contact with each other during writing. The design is a collaboration with the design office nendo led by Mr. Oki Sato. According to the internal design with a low center of gravity, the appearance is firm and easy to grip, and the body shape does not get tired even after long-term use. It is a seamless design with no seams.

The new standard color of "Blen" to be released this time is also supervised by nendo. The lineup includes four neutral body colors (light blue, mint green, light pink, and purple) that are easy for both men and women to pick up while expressing stress-free writing comfort. Recently, the working environment such as place and clothes is becoming free, and the color lineup meets the needs of "I want to match it with my belongings". From the lineup of monotone colors (black, gray, white) so far, further expansion of coordination can be expected. There is also a replacement core, so you can use your favorites for a long time.


From the "Blen" series, in addition to the single-color type, the 3-color ballpoint pen "Blen 3C" (440 yen) and the 2-color ballpoint pen + mechanical pencil "Blen 2 + S" (550 yen) are also available.
