Introducing a sorbet recipe that can be easily done with a small amount of ingredients. There are three types: "Canned orange sorbet", "Amazake sorbet", and "Calpis sorbet".
Canned tangerine sorbet
"Canned mandarin sorbet " made only from canned mandarin oranges. Transfer to a vat or ice maker to freeze. It's delicious when it melts a little and the fruit becomes soft! Fruits like frozen mikan and syrup will be a sorbet with moderate sweetness.
"Amazake sorbet " where you can enjoy the gentle sweetness. Simply mix rice-jiuqu amazake and crushed fruit and freeze the zipper bag in the freezer. It's freshly made, but when it starts to melt a little, it has a smooth texture like gelato.
"Calpis sorbet " that can be made with only two ingredients. Put Calpis and milk in a freezer bag at a ratio of 1: 2, mix them, and cool in the freezer to harden. When eating, squeeze it from the top of the bag and then put it in a bowl. You can enjoy the refreshing taste with sourness and the crispy texture.
