It is lightweight, about 330g (11.64oz), while having a stable and moderate thickness. There are non-slip stoppers on both sides at the four corners, so you can rest assured when cooking. The heat-resistant temperature is 90 ° C (194 ° F), which is compatible with dishwashers and dish dryers, and bleach can be used.
