The steamed rice flour bread with cracks has a fluffy and moist texture. When you put it in your mouth, it crumbles and the gentle sweetness spreads. The secret flavor of salty soy sauce and the soft texture of Kintoki beans are a nice accent. It becomes hard when it cools, so when you eat it later, it is recommended to steam it lightly or heat it in the microwave a little.
