・ 1/2 sweet potato (approx. 160-170g (6oz))・ Butter 25g (0.88oz)
・ Milk 35ml (1.18us fl oz)
・ Hot cake mix 80g (2.82oz)
・ A little cinnamon powder
How to make
1. 1. Wash the skin of sweet potatoes thoroughly, wrap them in wet kitchen paper and plastic wrap, and heat them in a microwave oven (600W) for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds to soften them.2. Cut the softened sweet potatoes in half. Peel one. Leave the other with the skin and cut into cubes.
3. 3. While the crushed sweet potatoes are still warm, add butter and mix while melting.

Five. Add milk and mix to combine the dough. If it doesn't come together, add milk little by little.
