Introducing a recipe that can be easily used as a regular dish just by soaking it in mentsuyu. There are three types: "Grilled mushrooms", "Salmon pickled in Nanban", and "Burdock, pumpkin and cauliflower pickles". I refer to Yamaki's recipe site "TSUKE LAB."
Grilled mushrooms
Lightly fry the garlic and red karagarashi in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Put noodle soup and water in a pan and let it boil for a while, add the stir-fried mushrooms while it is hot, and soak for 15 minutes to overnight.

Pickled salmon in Nanban
Fried salmon fillets, sweet potatoes, green beans, etc. with flour in a frying pan. Soak in seasoning liquid (mentsuyu, vinegar, water) while hot, and when the whole is softened, it's done.

Pickled burdock, pumpkin and cauliflower
Boil burdock root, pumpkin, and cauliflower in salt to the extent that they remain chewy. Soak in a boiled seasoning liquid (mentsuyu, vinegar, sake, ginger, red karagarashi) for at least one night and you're done.
