Preparation

・ Steam the pumpkin in a microwave oven and prepare a net of 60g (2.12oz) excluding the skin. Mash with a fork.

1. 1. Put sugar, salt and mashed pumpkin in a large tapper (or bowl) and add milk. Sprinkle dry yeast and mix well with a whisk.
