Carbonara-style recipe stewed in milk
Carbonara ingredients (for 1 person)・ 1 teaspoon of salad oil
・ 1/2 teaspoon of grated garlic
・ 1 piece of bacon ・ 150 ml of milk
・ 100 ml of water
・ 1/2 teaspoon of consomme
・ A pinch of salt ・ Spaghetti (1.4mm, boiled for 5 minutes) 80g (2.82oz)
・ 2 tsp to 1 tbsp of grated cheese
・ 1 egg yolk
How to make carbonara1. 1. Put the cooking oil in a deep frying pan or pan and heat it to fry the garlic and bacon.
2. When the aroma comes out, add milk, water, consomme, salt and spaghetti folded in half. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 9-10 minutes. Do not leave the place as it is easy to spill, and stir occasionally.
3. 3. When the spaghetti inhales the broth and becomes soft, turn off the heat and mix with the grated cheese. If the broth runs out before it becomes soft, add hot water and simmer.
Four. Serve on a plate, put egg yolk on it, and it's done. Top with dry parsley or black pepper if you like.
Spaghetti that sucks in milk and is covered with grated cheese is as thick as if you used fresh cream! The saltiness of the bacon and the mellowness of the egg yolk combine to create a satisfying yet gentle taste.
The neck is that when it gets cold, the spaghettis tend to stick to each other, making it difficult to eat. In that case, sprinkle some warm milk on it and loosen it with chopsticks or a fork.
