1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan (or deep frying pan) and fry the garlic. When the aroma comes out, add onions, peppers and sausages and fry lightly.2. Add tomato juice, water and spaghetti folded in half. Cover and reduce to medium heat, and simmer for about 9-10 minutes with occasional stirring.
3. 3. When the spaghetti sucks in the broth and becomes soft, turn off the heat. Mix ketchup and season with salt and pepper. If the spaghetti runs out before it softens, add hot water and simmer.
