"Gateau tray" is a mold for baked goods made of kraft paper. There are several sizes available, and I purchased two types, 10 cm x 10 cm and 15 cm x 15 cm.

The feature is "with a guide that is convenient for carving". Since the tray has a scale inside, it can be divided into 9 or 16 without preparing a ruler.



I used it to bake brownies as a trial, and when I cut it according to the scale, I found it to be a useful function. It's nice to cut quickly without hesitation! The tray is reasonably solid, so you can give it as a gift without cutting it. I think it's good not only for chocolate but also for baking cheesecake.
