Ingredients for thick pudding with fresh cream (3 pieces)
Pudding liquid / egg (1 piece)・ Granulated sugar (20g (0.71oz))
・ Milk (100 ml)
・ Fresh cream (40 ml)
Caramel sauce and granulated sugar (15g (0.53oz))
・ Water (2 tsp)
・ Hot water (1 teaspoon)
How to make rich pudding with fresh cream
1. 1. Mix eggs for pudding liquid, granulated sugar, milk, and cream in that order. Add vanilla essence (2-3 drops) if you like.2. Rub with a colander.
3. 3. Put evenly in 3 heat-resistant cocottes (capacity about 100 ml).
