According to Kogit, bread generally stays good for one to two days when stored at room temperature. If left as is, the moisture will be lost and the bread will become dry and moldy. When placed in the refrigerator, the inside of the bread tends to dry out and the starch, the bread's main ingredient, deteriorates most easily at this temperature.

The new product, "Bread House Freezer Storage Bag," is a storage bag made of high-barrier type film. It has the function of protecting bread from odor and dryness in the freezer. The cold-resistant temperature is approximately -40℃.



For bread, 3 x 5 or 6 slices and 2 x 4 slices can be stored. The gusseted design can also be used to store bread rolls and croissants. The trendy 36-piece large loaf of bread can also be stored in 4 slices. Note that some types of bread may not fit.


It has a zipper for easy loading and unloading. Can be washed and used repeatedly.
