Ingredients for Vegetable & Chicken Gyu Gyu Yaki (3-4 servings)1 chicken thigh
1 broccoli plant
3 to 4 shiitake mushrooms
10 to 12 small tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic (tube)
1 tsp. salt 2/3 tsp. pepper
A pinch of pepper
2.5 tablespoons olive oil
How to Make Vegetable & Chicken GizzardCut chicken thighs, broccoli, and shiitake mushrooms into bite-size pieces. 1. Cut chicken thighs, broccoli and shiitake mushrooms into bite-size pieces, and remove heads from small tomatoes.
Put "1" in a bowl, add garlic (tube), salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix briefly.
3. Fill the bat with "2". Fill the bat so that the tomatoes are on the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
5. When the chicken is cooked through, squeeze the lemon and sprinkle it all over.
