Seijo Ishii, a supermarket established in 1927 in Seijo, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, celebrates its 95th anniversary in 2022. This book is said to be a thorough dissection of everything about Seijo Ishii, which is still immensely popular and loved.

The book features super popular and standard products, sales rankings by genre, recommended pairings by buyers of wine, sake, and RTD, and a catalog of popular breads to eat every day. The book also includes an interview with the president of Seijo Ishii, products that buyers buy on their own to keep coming back, thoughts on product development, and many other secrets behind the popularity of Seijo Ishii.





The special appendix is an "original shopping bag" that was completed through a trial and error process with Seijo Ishii's top buyers. The bag is an elegant blue-gray color, with a handle size that makes it easy to carry over your shoulder, regardless of your height, even if you are wearing a thick jacket.
