600g (21.16oz) minced chicken meat
1/2 green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mayonnaise - 2 tsp ginger (tube)
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper
How to make tofu hamburger steakWrap cotton tofu in paper towels and heat in microwave oven (500-600W) for 2 minutes to drain.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Place in a boron bat lined with a cookie sheet and flatten the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 20 minutes. Pierce the center with a bamboo skewer, and when clear liquid comes out, it is ready.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve with soy sauce or ketchup, if desired.
