Marna Cooking Scissors
Marna Cooking Scissors are a pair of kitchen scissors designed in collaboration with the National Meat School, a vocational training school for meat professionals, to make it easy to cut meat and other ingredients without using a knife. It is a combination of a thin blade with a thin tip, which makes it easy to do fine work such as cutting meat strips, and a "jagged blade" with fine nicks on the side of the blade, which grips and cuts slippery ingredients such as chicken skin.
It can be used for a variety of purposes other than meat, such as cutting vegetables and seaweed. The handle is made of soft material to prevent hand pain.
It can be easily disassembled for easy washing and is dishwasher safe. The blade is rust-proofed for easy cleaning.
