The "evercook multi-pan" from Doushisha's kitchen brand "evercook" will be available at mass retailers nationwide and on Doushisha's direct sales site "Doushisha Marche" from early April.

Launched in 2012, "evercook" is a kitchen brand based on the concept of "you will want to use it all the time. The brand offers frying pans and pots with a guarantee.

The new "evercook multi-pan" is the deepest frying pan in the evercook series. In addition to functions as a frying pan, such as baking and frying, it is an easy-to-use size that can also be used as a pot for simmering and boiling.


The spout on both ends makes it easy to pour food regardless of the dominant hand. The spout is slightly wider, making it possible to pour not only soups but also larger ingredients such as bean curd.


The interior surface is fluorine coated, as is the case with the rest of the evercook series. This coating prevents sticking and keeps the cookware feeling smooth, allowing for stress-free cooking. Three sizes are available: 18cm (full water capacity 1.6L), 22cm (full water capacity 2.4L), and 24cm (full water capacity 3.3L).
