Pentel has released a limited edition model of the PG-METAL350 (PG-METAL SANGO ZERO) mechanical pencil for drafting, "PG-METAL350 Captures". It has been on sale sequentially at stationery stores nationwide since July 20.

The entry model "PG-METAL350," a mechanical pencil for drafting released in May 2021, is a limited edition model with a design that captures the emotional moments of everyday life. With a coloring that expresses the changing scenery of time, this model is a piece that will accompany the unique study life of each person who owns it.


The day is divided into four time zones, and the coloring expresses each scene. On the back of the body, the "time" of the moment that moves you is printed. There are four different designs: off-white with an opaque barrel, clear mint blue, clear purple, and clear gray with a transparent barrel, all available in 0.3mm and 0.5mm lead diameters. Each is priced at 440 yen (tax included).


A limited-edition mechanical pencil refill and eraser with the same concept will also be released at the same time.

The case of the refills is a limited edition with a clear material on the front of the case showing the "design of a moving moment" on the inside. As with the mechanical pencils, the "time" of the moment when the heart moves is printed on the back of the case.


The 0.3mm lead diameter case comes in off-white and purple, while the 0.5mm lead diameter case comes in mint blue and gray, for a total lineup of four colors. The refills are both thick and strong, yet they adhere firmly to the paper surface, so they do not leave marks or smudges on the hand. Each is priced at 220 yen (tax included).

EYNE erasers using BASF's highly reliable non-phthalate plasticizer "Hexamoll DINCH. Two types of sleeves, mint blue and purple, are combined with white and gray erasers, respectively. The price is 66 yen (tax included).
