Tea The Westin Sendai will offer "White Snow Afternoon Tea" for a limited time only. The event will be held from November 9 to December 15 at Restaurant Symphony on the hotel's 26th floor.

The

theme

of "White Snow Afternoon Tea" is "pure white. A variety of sweets such as white mocha verrine, white chocolate mousse with pistachio brûlée, and lamingtons sandwiched with mixed berry jelly will be available. Also available are white wine jus with pear compote, lemon and hazelnut gateau, and strawberry and yuzu bonbon chocolat.

Weekend-Only Buffet Menu

A weekend-only buffet menu featuring all-you-can-eat sweets and savories will be offered. In addition to the tea stand, there will be a wide variety of items including roast beef, milk French, white chicken curry, and a vegan menu. In particular, guests can enjoy roast beef of Sendai beef from Kurihara, Miyagi Prefecture, with a creamy gravy sauce.

sale at Lounge & Bar Horizon during the same period. This gorgeous parfait is made with an abundance of fresh strawberries and is layered with seven different kinds of sweets, including chiffon cake, jellies, and sorbets. It will be served as the patissier's most confident work.

White Snow Afternoon Tea Weekday Details

On weekdays, carefully selected sweets and savories are served on a three-tiered tea stand, allowing you to enjoy an elegant afternoon with JING TEA or Ronnefeldt tea. The price is 4,800 yen and the event will be held on weekdays from November 11 to December 13.

Details of White Snow Afternoon Tea Weekend

On weekends, you can enjoy a roast beef and savory buffet in addition to sweets served on tea stands. Enjoy as much as you like for 120 minutes with free-flowing drinks. The price is 6,800 yen and the event will be held every Saturday and Sunday from November 9 to December 15.
