Summer Campaign to Commence on September 20!

To commemorate the release of the new Norwegian film "Song of Earth," Metzavillage (Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture) will

The campaign will be held from September 20. The film, produced and directed by master filmmaker Wim Wenders and Liv Ullmann, a leading actress representing Nordic Norway, is Norway's representative film for this year's Academy Award® for Best International Feature Film.

At the Market Hall in Metsä Village, a special menu will be available to enjoy the food culture of Norway, the setting of the film. First, "Norwegian Salmon Raw Doughnuts" made with luxurious Norwegian salmon will be available at the Market Hall "10+Flowers". The price is 700 yen.

Visitors can also enjoy "Oslo Beer" from OSLO Brewing Co. a craft brewery established in Oslo in 2015. This beer, characterized by its simplicity of flavor, will be sold at the Market Hall "LAAVU" with a special offer: buy three or more bottles and get a 300 yen discount.

In addition, the cute heart-shaped "Norwegian waffle," a classic Norwegian snack, is available at Market Hall "KEITTIO" for 800 yen.

Metsa Village will offer visitors the opportunity to experience the world of the movie by riding in a "classic canoe," a wooden boat that appears in the movie.
