For "the c", a part of the 53-year-old office building, which is used as an "office" under the Building Standards Law, has been changed to a "dormitory". The building has been rebuilt into a shared complex that combines the three functions of "shared apartment (shared rental housing)," "shared office," and "shared space." The facility consists of a "C lounge" on the 1st basement floor, a "Share Office" on the 2nd floor, and a "Share Apartment" on the 3rd to 9th floors. In "Share Apartment", there are private rooms with inner balconies that cannot be seen in ordinary studios, and large private rooms that can accommodate two people. It is possible to select a living room that suits the way of living.
"Share Lounge" is set up on the 9th floor. We have a full kitchen and counter. In addition, the functions unique to a share house, such as a theater room and a library, have been enhanced.
Vacancy in old office buildings is increasing in central Tokyo areas such as Chiyoda Ward and Chuo Ward. In such an area, "the c" was planned as an attempt to create a demand for housing rather than offices.
The move-in will start on January 18th. For more information on rents and common service fees, see the "the c" website.
