The Lattissima Touch is a machine that allows users to easily enjoy espresso using the brand's characteristic 23 types of coffee capsules, as well as recipes using milk foam created by the company's unique frothing technology.
The new "Ristretto (approx. 25 ml)" and "Hot Milk" buttons have been added to the existing Latissima Plus, which also supports milk recipes. The extraction button part is now a flat touch panel type, and a total of six recipes, including cappuccino and latte macchiato, can be made with a single touch.

In addition, the extraction preparation time has been reduced from approximately 40 seconds to 30 seconds, and a "notification lamp" has been added to automatically notify the user when it is time to clean the hot water and milk tank.
The main unit measures W17.5 x D32 x H26 cm, weighs approximately 4.8 kg, has a water tank capacity of approximately 0.95 L, and a milk tank capacity of approximately 0.4 L. It comes in two colors: white and red.
