A "cleaning robot" that automatically runs around the floor and cleans it. Functions and performance are evolving steadily, but many people may find it difficult to reach out in terms of price.

The "Microfiber Mop Robot Moped", a robot dedicated to wiping and cleaning released by CCP last month, seems to be easy for such people to use.


It is a compact circular shape with a diameter of 17 cm and a height of 5.6 cm, and is used by attaching a mop made of microfiber material to the bottom of the main body. It penetrates into narrow gaps that cannot be reached with a vacuum cleaner, and firmly adsorbs dust, hair, and invisible pollen that has fallen on the floor. It is also effective for cleaning pet hair loss.


When you press the start button on the top, cleaning starts, and cleaning ends automatically after about 10 minutes. By microcomputer control, it moves while automatically changing direction when it comes into contact with an obstacle.

You can choose from two colors, sugar pink and chocolate brown, for the mop cover, and if it gets dirty, you can wash it with water and use it repeatedly. The red LED lights up like a cheek during operation, so you can enjoy customizing your facial expressions using the included stickers.


It runs on 3 AA alkaline batteries and has a total operating time of about 6 hours. The price is 4,611 yen (excluding tax). It looks like a toy compared to robot vacuum cleaners such as Ruba, but it seems to be healed by the lovely moving figure.
