The main feature of PARA.MI is its "self-locking joint pivot" for a free lighting style. The luminaire has a joint structure that can rotate freely, and the arm is indirect with flexible adjustment and a self-locking mechanism.

The lamps consume only 8W of electricity and provide 700 lux of illumination. The light reproduces colors as close to natural light as possible, and its unique reflector illuminates a wide area as if it were a fluorescent lamp. It does not glare even when staring and blocks infrared and ultraviolet rays. In addition, the gentle natural light (flicker-free) that suppresses multiple shadows (multi-shadows) and flickering improves concentration and reduces eye fatigue even after long hours of use.

Other features include a dimming resume function that records the amount of light when the light is turned off and reproduces it the next time the light is turned on, stepless dimming from 10 to 100%, and a touch-sensor switch that turns the light on with a simple touch.

The light part is available in two types, square and round shape, and two types of arms, single and double, for a total lineup of six models, including an under-cabinet type. Each is available in four colors: white, red, black, and silver. Fixation is by clamp, and a table base (sold separately) is also available.
