The concept share house "Fespa Kyoto" will open in Muko City, Kyoto Prefecture, which provides a mechanism for entrepreneurs, office workers, creators, students, and other residents of various attributes to stimulate each other and create innovation. The move-in will start after November, and advance reservations are currently being accepted on the official website of the operating company Aya Factory.


The condition for moving in is that you have a clear goal to achieve and that you really want to grow. An interview review will also be conducted.

Residents will be provided with a place to give advice to each other by announcing "Did you achieve your goals last week? What did you struggle with? What kind of support do you want? What are your goals for next week?" For each group every week. Business skill seminars by senior businessmen are also held regularly.

All private rooms are 6 tatami mats (1R / for singles) to 36 tatami mats (1LDK / for families and couples).
