The concept share house "Fespa Kyoto" will open in Muko City, Kyoto Prefecture, which provides a mechanism for entrepreneurs, office workers, creators, students, and other residents of various attributes to stimulate each other and create innovation. The location of the share house is 5-2 Inuikakiuchi, Terado-cho, Muko-shi, Kyoto. The rent is 60,000 to 100,000 yen. The common service fee is 20,000 yen (including utilities, internet, and various events and seminars). All private rooms are 6 tatami mats (1R / for singles) to 36 tatami mats (1LDK / for families and couples).
