Neato's "Botvac" is a robot vacuum cleaner from Silicon Valley. While many robot vacuums have a round shape, the "Botvac" is characterized by a shape similar to the head of a conventional vacuum cleaner. A wide brush is attached to the end of this "head" to more efficiently suck dust and debris near the wall.

The "Botvac Connected" announced this time is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection function while maintaining the goodness of the conventional "Botvac". This made it possible to operate and manage from a smartphone. If you install the dedicated app on your smartphone, you can operate "Botvac Connected" from anywhere you can connect to the Internet. For example, if a friend you were drinking with at a tavern suddenly says you're coming to stay in your room, you can use your smartphone to operate Botvac Connected from the tavern and clean the floor before you arrive in the room.
