Eating ice cream in a warm room in winter is the best luxury, isn't it? Especially when I see two packs of Lotte "Yukimi Daifuku" lined up in an ice case, I feel the arrival of winter and buy it.

This Yukimi Daifuku is delicious enough to eat as it is, but recently the method of making "pizza" has become a hot topic on the net! It seems that the idea was originally introduced in a variety show, but of course, pizza dough and cheese are used because it is called pizza. I was wondering what it tasted like, so I made it!

What you need to prepare is commercially available pizza dough, Yukimi Daifuku, and pizza cheese. Yukimi Daifuku is recommended because it is easy to use the mini type sold at supermarkets, but if you use a pack of two, cut it appropriately.

To make it, just add Yukimi Daifuku to the pizza dough, add the desired amount of cheese, and bake it in the oven or toaster. This time, I also tried some toppings of dried figs and cranberries that happened to be there.

When I was watching the toaster, suddenly the "Dero-n" and the rice cake began to crumble, and ice cream appeared from inside. Let's take it out at a reasonable place.

When you bite into it hotly, the creamy ice cream, the saltiness of the cheese and the crispy dough combine to create a harmony that you have never experienced before. The taste is Yukimi Daifuku and the texture is pizza. My brain is confused, but it's delicious!

The area where the dried fruits are placed has a slightly fashionable taste with an accent of acidity. It's a dangerous dessert that you can stretch your hands while thinking that it would be heavy if you eat all of it.

The dough tends to burn before Yukimi Daifuku, so I still need to make some adjustments, but even if there is a little ice left, the coldness is good again. Some people use maple syrup or toast, so Yukimi Daifuku fans should definitely try it for this winter snack!
