"STALOGY" is a stationery brand developed by Nitoms, which is famous for its adhesive cleaner "Korokoro". Manabu Mizuno of a good design company serves as the creative director and proposes "unlikely" items. Since it is currently handled by Tokyu Hands and Loft, many people may have seen it.
The STALOGY antenna shop "STALOGY LABORATORY TOKYO" opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo on December 8th. In addition to exhibiting and selling products, workshops will be held at any time. I wanted to take a closer look at the items, so I visited them.
◆ The shop is right next to Daikanyama Station
The antenna shop is right in front of you after exiting the front exit of Daikanyama Station. Look for the white mailbox that you can see through the large glass window.
When you enter the store, you will find products lined up on a large table and a black wall. The walls are painted with blackboard paint, and the hooks are magnetic. Since a workshop will be held here, it seems that the layout has a high degree of freedom.
I personally remember the round masking sticker, but there are more products than I imagined! So, I asked about 3 popular items from the 140 items currently lined up.
◆ Editor's Series 365 Days Note (starting from 1,300 yen)
A simple note consisting of only the minimum elements of time numbers, dates and days of the week, and a grid. It's so thin that you can't think it's 368 pages in total, and it can be used in combination with another item, the "Peelable Calendar Sticker" (starting at 450 yen). In 2014, he won the Excellence Award in the design category at the "23rd Stationery Awards".
◆ Low-viscosity oil-based ballpoint pen (550 yen)
This is a ballpoint pen that uses ink suitable for writing Japanese with "Tome" and "Hane". A dark and clear line appears from the pen tip that advances smoothly. The body is made of non-slip rubber and is comfortable to grip, which was the most favorite writing taste of the ballpoint pens I tried this year!
◆ Masking sticker (from 180 yen)
The last is a round masking tape made of thin and durable Japanese paper material. Unlike the round stickers used for labeling, the delicate and abundant color variations are attractive. It is easy to use for notebooks and calendars with a moderate sense of sheerness, and it seems that you can enjoy it as mosaic art by layering multiple colors.
◆ "Future Letter" service is also available at the antenna shop
At this shop, you can get a stationery for "Future Letter" when you shop. If you write a letter and address on the spot, seal it, and give it to the staff, the letter will arrive at that address one year later. It's an interesting service!
◆ The three beats of "design, function, and degree of freedom" are attractive
There are only manufacturers who have worked on many daily necessities so far, and all of them are simple but well-calculated items. The use is not limited, and the fact that it expands depending on the user also meets modern needs. Who Nitoms would have been talking to, "because until now had not been aware of the very design of the product ...", in addition to stationery this year flop of "Shimashima" and decoration brand " decolfa new proposals, such as" I am looking forward to seeing what kind of products will come out in the future.
