A new share house "PLOW & CO." With the theme of "food" will open in Ogikubo, Tokyo on March 1st.

What is a "gourmet" share house?

The property is a project promoted by Uoko Holdings, which has been developing fresh fish stores, restaurants, and personal training gyms in the Kanto region since the early Showa period. Architectural design and interior design were handled by UDS, which operates the share house "Anterroom Apartment" mainly in Kansai.

The concept is a shared life where you can enjoy both "making" and "eating". In the common space on the top floor (6th floor), there is a full-scale kitchen equipped with special cooking utensils such as a steam oven toaster and a bread machine, and a large terrace with a vegetable garden. There is also a cafe and kitchen (scheduled to open in May) on the 1st and 2nd floors, so people other than residents can easily drop in.

There are two types of private rooms, one is a studio type and the other is a loft type. All of them are equipped with walls that can be repainted in the color of your choice and storage shelves that you can customize, so you can enjoy creating your own room.

Access is a 4-minute walk from JR "Ogikubo Station", and the rent is in the 70,000 to 80,000 yen range. Please refer to the official website of PLOW & CO. For the location and preview schedule.
