Calpis is the drink you'll want to drink in the hot summer. I often make it at home, but Calpis made from tap water from my grandmother in the country is also delicious.

[How to make] Put Calpis and fresh cream in a bowl, whisk until horns are formed, and cool in the freezer for 4 hours to harden.
It has a mysterious texture that melts in your mouth with almost no feeling of coldness. You can enjoy a rich taste that is a perfect match between the rich cream and the acidity of Calpis. My family also praised me as "I'm going to come out at the store!" It is also delicious to make with flavored Calpis such as mango and Kyoho.
Just mix and freeze sherbet
[Material] "Calpis" 100ml (3.38us fl oz), milk 200ml (6.76us fl oz)
[How to make] Put the ingredients in a freezer bag, mix well, and cool in the freezer for 4 hours to harden. When eating, squeeze it from the top of the bag and then put it in a bowl.
A refreshing taste that is more sour than the ice cream. The keen and cold crunchy texture is great, especially when you come home from a hot day and eat! By the way, even if you leave it for 4 hours or more, it will not harden, so we always have it. It looks delicious even if you put cut fruits like CM and freeze them together.
The amount introduced is about 1 to 3 people, but if you keep the ratio of 1: 2, you can make a lot at once. If you get tired of drinking Calpis, please try it for a little hospitality!
