The new work of "Nyashmalo", "In the middle of [cat hozui] in the bowl" is now on sale from Felicimo Cat Club. A hospitality confectionery in which Nyasumaro, which incorporates the manufacturing method of the Kyoto confectionery "Hozui", is placed in a bowl of monaka skin.

"Cat Hozui" is a "mini Japanese-style Nyasumaro" made by the traditional method of making Kyoto sweets. Unlike Nyasumaro, the egg white is hardened with agar instead of gelatin. It is delicious to eat as it is, but it is also cute to use as a topping for zenzai, anmitsu, ice cream, etc.


"In the middle of [cat hozui] in a bowl" is a product that uses such "cat hozui" as a monaka (?). "Monaka skin bowl" and "red bean paste" are included. If you put anko and cat hozui in a bowl, cover it and give it to the customer, the customer will be surprised to see the cat and smile.


Not only the appearance but also the taste is hospitality specifications. Monaka skin is manufactured by a long-established store in Kanazawa. Hokkaido products were used for the red beans and green beans.
