Aichi Dobby, which sells the cast hollow pot "Vermicula", will release the rice cooker "Vermicula Rye Spot" on December 1st. We are currently accepting pre-orders at the official Vermicula online shop.
Vermicula, which is characterized by the tightness of the pot and lid, is a pot that specializes in "anhydrous cooking" that brings out the original taste and nutrients of the ingredients. The rice cooker to be released this time will cook delicious rice with delicate heat by combining the "evolved" pot for cooking rice with the newly developed heat source "pot heater".
The operation panel uses "smart touch keys" that illuminate only the parts required for the next operation. In order to steam efficiently, the heat retention function is not installed.
Two types of "rice cooking mode" and "cooking mode" can be selected. In the rice cooking mode, white rice (normal, rice porridge) and brown rice (normal, rice porridge) can be cooked separately. On the other hand, in the cooking mode, you can cook menus such as anhydrous cooking, roasting, simmered dishes, and steamed dishes with ideal heating conditions with four heat adjustment functions: medium heat, low heat, extremely low heat, and heat retention. A recipe book is also included.
The size including the cooker is W311 x D296 x H208 mm, and the weight is about 6.9 kg. Supports cooking up to 5 go with white rice. The price is 79,800 yen (excluding tax).
