An item "Maslier" that proposes a new way to use such masking tape will be released by King Jim on December 7th. The author, who is accumulating tapes at home, has also experienced it one step ahead!

Making stickers like a coloring book

Included in the Masurier is a sticker sheet with an illustration like a coloring book. There are 12 types of lineup, including "animals" with animal motifs and "frames" with decorative frames.


First, separate the parts with your favorite pattern from the sheet and attach masking tape to the area you want to color. The author, who is still clumsy enough to cut his finger with a kitchen knife, chose a jewel that even beginners can easily do.



Use a cutter to cut off the part that extends beyond the border. The border is a little raised, so let's use it as a guide when cutting with a cutter.



After completion, the film on the back side can be peeled off and attached as a sticker. I put it on a glass bottle this time, but it has a nice sheer feel! Even if you make a mistake, you can start over, so it seems that you can make it with great care.



I wrote earlier that straight lines are easy to do, but if you also make good use of the edges of the mast, the number of cuts will decrease and it will be a little easier. The curve seems to work well if you cut it while turning the mount.

Various arrangements

You only have to choose the tape, so even people who are not good at illustration can enjoy making their own miscellaneous goods. Even if everyone brings the tape and makes it, it seems to be exciting.
