From blasting, which deals with video production and special modeling, a full-scale animal art modeling series "Animals As Art" has appeared. As the first release, polar bear parents and children were released today (January 5th).
This is an exhibition work of art that brings together the latest special modeling techniques, not stuffed animals, which can be mistaken for a real polar bear. Junya Okabe, who has more than 30 years of experience in the special modeling industry such as video and art, is the producer, and Shinobu Matsumura of Kaiyodo, a leading Japanese nature figure, is in charge of supervising animal modeling.

The hair on the head is transplanted one by one, and the gums, fangs, paws, nails, etc. in the mouth are thoroughly reproduced using molding materials. The production period per body is about 3 months (varies depending on the order status and the logarithm of parallel production).

The price is 13.4 million yen for the parent-child set and 8.9 million yen for the parent only (both tax excluded). You can purchase it from the official website. It is said that 1% of the sales will be donated to WWF Japan (World Wide Fund for Nature Japan) to support the opposition to stuffed sales and the protection of endangered species.
